Dr. Raissa R Hill, DO
Family Doctor
Dr. Hill has practiced Family Medicine since 2000, when after completing her residency she founded what is now HT Family Physicians. Born in the Bronx, New York, and raised in Stockton, California, Dr. Hill obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology, with Minors in Economics and Visual Arts, from UC San Diego. After a short stent as a Molecular Biologist with the Veteran’s Administration, she attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. Afterwards she returned home to Stockton to enroll in the UC Davis Family Practice Residency Program at San Joaquin General Hospital, where she was Chief Resident. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine, fluent in Spanish, and is an active teacher in Family Medicine. Dr. Hill is a Past-President of the San Joaquin Medical Society, an Editorial Advisory Board Member for Therapeutic Research Center’s publication Presciber’s Letter, and a 2012 “Alumni of the Year,” from the UC Davis Dept. of Family & Community Medicine for her contributions to Family Medicine. Dr. Hill is married with two children, with whom she loves to travel, and is an avid cook and “Jazzercizer.”
