   The thing about domain investing:
   Yes, those sweet one word ,com domains will always do well
   Picking up HOT keywords when the mrkt is simmering – NFT in 2020, Cloud in 2006, .AI in 2016 -kudos

   But the hard part is when to cut loose domains that may be decent but haven’t gotten much action
   I see several domains above that sold for 4 K minimum that I would have put out to pasture

   For me, this is the hardest part of domaining

   i dropped some domains today that i had regged in 1999 and they got decent offers between 2000-2012, but not much since…they will be out to pasture soon…i imagine many will get picked up and put in stables

     Good point Steve. And some are a waiting game like with Ameria Bank, there is a website on .am.

     It’s the thing with so many brandables, people start letting names with no offers ever, drop. Then a name like NimbleEdge gets sold by the next domain investor. The names ending in 360, there are so many registered but you have to have a lot of patience to get the sale. This week there were two 360 sales.
