Discord the video and chat app geared toward gamers announced on Twitter that they are now Discord.com
The company has operated on DiscordApp.com and acquired the domain Discord.com back in 2017. It looks like the .com was a redirect to the discordapp.com domain they have used since the start. The company also owns Discord.app.

The company did not reveal how much they paid for the domain name registered in 2000.
