CoronaPrevention.org seized
ICE has seized the domain name Coronaprevention.org. Apparently the seller listed it for sale and engaged in communication with an undercover agent. Among the things he relayed to the agent was that it was “genius” to sell “fake testing kits” using this domain. The seller further stated that the seller “wanted to do that but I couldn’t get enough cash to bulk buy them from Alibaba [a Chinese e-commerce site].”
The seizure warrant alleges that the owner of the domain name, coronaprevention.org, posted it for sale on a hackers forum. The post appeared the day after the president declared a national emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The seller stated on the forum that this domain would be an effective way to sell “high markup in demand products.” The seller exponentially marked up the price of the domain. The seller asked for the payment to be made via bitcoin.
The warrant further alleges that the seller engaged in conversations with an undercover agent from HSI about the sale of the domain. The seller stated that it was “genius” to sell “fake testing kits” using this domain. The seller further stated that the seller “wanted to do that but I couldn’t get enough cash to bulk buy them from Alibaba [a Chinese e-commerce site].” The seller recommended directed the undercover agent on how to set up a new website on the domain using a foreign-based service, so as to prevent U.S. authorities from being able to shut it down in the future.

Another day, another idiot.
Always good press when it comes to the domain industry.

Conspiracy to commit fraud?
A good example of the ‘try-hards’ in domaining. Most of us wouldn’t make such incriminating statements. But, with this type of example, WHAT ARE your investment objectives?
Bet that any jury will side with a prosecutor in regard to whatever intention/motive they pin on you. Good luck ‘educating’ the world on the legitimacy of domain investment given the circumstance.
All you at namepros, I saw you flaunting your CV domains. Shame…really, shameful. Harsh words of opposition though, are not allowed. It’s ‘free will’, just not free expression. You may do what you please, regardless of the immorality! Yet for one to shun you, it is that, which widely frowned upon! For f*k sakes! You’ve coddled yourselves into blind ignorance. You let evil and deception have free reign under the guise of protecting a single persons ‘feelings’, that is, no matter how f*ked they actually are.
Anyone passionate enough to stand up against your claim of ‘moral high grounds’ is promptly removed from the platform. You give a pass to what people DO, but not to the ones that speak up against them! Don’t you see the bias and ultimate deceptions that consume you this way?
It’s true. You can’t call a ‘pro’ an idiot in PM for spreading blatant lies. That’s just the tip of the iceberg..you get the jest, im sure. Too tied up in yourselves. Each blinded, as tree within the forest. Follow the herd in domaining today, and you will get fleeced, perhaps put into some bracelets.
I don’t think this is the only ‘try-hard’ domainer will resort to ‘bad reasoning’ or even ‘lies’ to promote himself. The authorities will coax the worst out in you!
Iies in this industry are embraced: from icann to registries, like frank schillings unregistar, to ‘free speech’ crusader registries, like rob monster, who openly hosts pedophilia sites such as 5chan proudly, but will not stand to verbal opposition of his ideologies on his very own forum! The hypocrisy of the whole industry is mind-numbing.
Domaining is practically lawless, and I warn you, you have just enough rope to hang yourselves.

well rob did ditch 5chan after all. I was actually the first voice of reason explaining how they fell in his lap, unknowingly. My point is, you can’t cheer free speech then censor the lies against yourself while letting other proven lies persist. That’s called moderation with an agenda. Selective and bias, one agenda.
