Neuvoo is a job board that operates at Neuvoo.com.
The company does not have a great rating over at TrustPilot with 92% of ratings as bad. Of course you never know competitors could be playing games and giving bad ratings, I don’t know. Glassdoor ratings are better, Glassdoor for those who don’t know focuses on employee/former employee sentiment.
The company is however getting an upgrade at domain name. They will be changing from Neuvoo.com to Talent.com.
From an article on HCMtechnologyreport.com it looks like they spent $1.3 million.
Job board neuvoo is rebranding itself as Talent.com, and spent about $1.3 million to buy the matching doman, reports the podcast Chad & Cheese. The podcast’s Joel Cheesman quoted the company as saying, “Customers will see zero changes in the way we do business together,” and that the rebranding will take place over the next six months.
If Ron Jackson can get confirmation it will be recorded on DN Journal.
The domain was owned for many years by Web Magic, the people behind Pets.com many years ago.
Here is how the site looked in 2004
The site changed it’s look a couple years later but basically looked like a parked page with a few extra tidbits of data. One thing of note was in the footer, back in 2007 you will see they had no interest in selling.

A WebMagic Production © 2007 We are not looking to sell this domain.
In 2012 they removed the language about selling.
In 2014 it looks like the domain did sell. First in February the domain started redirecting to Ace.com and then there was a new website.
The domain name continued to look like that until just recently. There is a new look and a note about the future.
With a great new name comes great responsibility. Time to turn around those TrustPilot ratings.

That’s quite an upgrade! Good for them — job boards are sizzlin’ hot right now, tens of millions of VC money flowing into that sector.
