Gabriel says
Impressive for design.online. Because when you’re on the internet you already know you’re online. I like .center domains.
James Kite says
I prefer .centre myself except there is no .centre to be had.
As far as design.online goes, .online is perfect for real world advertising because it states you need to go online.
Saying .online is redundant because you are online would be like the .com crowd saying you don’t need to mention .com because .com is king (even though that really doesn’t apply on a global scale.
Richard says
.center and .online? Both worthless…
David M says
design.online could be good for a company that offers design / graphics tools that one can use online. Makes sense for that. Although right now it forwards to a furniture site. Perhaps it will be used for interior design? Who knows at this point.
In any event, the price is what it is not because of the .online extension. But because of the popular generic ‘design’ keyword combined with it. The two work well, together.
VR says
Ya gotta love the trolls saying .online is worthless, the sale of Design.online alone is probably higher than most of the readers here have made all year.
David M says
Trolls? No. But just because one .online sold more than $50K, doesn’t mean they all will come anywhere close.
design.online is just a really good combination of words. You know, since so many people online are designers, myself included.
But free free to buy up all the .online names you like if you’re so confident about them. No one (especially a lowly troll) should stop you if you feel so confident about the extension. Best of luck.
Domain says
Troll on troll. I like the other troll Saint center and online are worthless kind of like his opinion.
Ronald Smith says
Wow that was a troll comment if there ever was one.
