Well it looks like another wild auction taking place on GoDaddy. 6666666.com is off to the races. That’s seven 6’s and the bidding after two days is up to $78,777.
Now who knows if GoDaddy will come in and adjust bids like they did with 636.cc. Either way this should be one to watch.
The domain was registered in 2002, held by BWI Domains out of the Caymans, the domain eventually landed in China, finding its way to ename. Surprisingly the domain came to GoDaddy after leaving ename. The domain is currently under privacy.

666 is no longer an area code in the U.S. Hasn’t been an area code since 2007 (Reeves, Louisiana).
So to me 6666666 HAS ZERO value.
Trash domain with fake bids. It’ll be adjusted to around $1,500-$2,500.
And at that price the buyer is a complete IDIOT!

this is nutty, but then it all could be fake bids just to mess with GD. Mean while, I just outbid everyone for kingk.ong domain. #kray

There are other countries other than the USA which the 666 area code can be used for.
