A few days ago I posted about 636.cc hitting the auction block and immediately taking off to $30,000. Well it looks like GoDaddy went in and wiped out a lot of bids from 9/15 and the price was back down to $1,175. The name is now up to $5,100 with a couple big bids.
Hopefully there are no games the second time around. You can see the bidding from the first group of bids here.

There is a serious flaw that this can happen, it can happen with any rogue name, a company can make untold millions with one rogue bidder who has gone insane on the platform.
This is why usernames are mandatory, we are bidding against pre paid card ghosts!

a username isnt going to do anything brah. they already use customer numbers. same difference.
more security is needed, however.
