Excited to announce the launch of https://t.co/J6TuRWIQAA! It’s a little verbose right now, but that will be fixed tomorrow.

The tweet has already brought about speculation and articles written in the likes of Fortune, Gizmodo and Mashable to name a few.
Speculation is running rampant on what the billionaire will do with X.com.
Gizmodo noted “Musk has promised that x.com will be “fixed” tomorrow, which either means that he’s going to give us a clue for what he plans to do with the website, or he’s going to build the website one letter at a time. No one really knows.”

How long before XTheBand.com loses its #1 spot in Google SERPs for “X”? They probably won’t mind being #2, in any event, since the overall search traffic will be higher anyway.
XCOM.com is currently #2 in SERPs for “X.com”. Bet they’ll see a little spike.
