While Chrome continues to be the number one browser worldwide, StatCounter reported that Firefox surpassed Microsoft for the first time ever.
Andrii Degeler wrote on ArsTechnica, “StatCounter, which analysed data from three million websites, found that Firefox’s worldwide desktop browser usage last month was 0.1 percent ahead of the combined share of Internet Explorer and Edge at 15.5 percent.”

Technically speaking Microsoft drops below FF level; while both are squeezed by Chrome.

Title is a bit deceiving no?
Data was measured using only 3 million sites or way less than 1% of websites?
similar to:
Tomatoes were the most purchased fruit last year (source reuters asked 30 of its employees spouses)
Good in that I came to read, but poor in the formula of data to the title of post…Unless i misread somehow

This is wonderful news. I hope Microsoft joins Kodak pretty soon.Millions of us older Americans, as well as millions all over the world, own desktops that all came with some version of “Windows” installed. If you own one that’s just past 5 years old. with very few exceptions, Microsoft no longer supports or updates them. So throw them out or switch to another browser. At 70 plus, I just bought my first laptop – a chromebook. I will never buy anything with M/S again . Microsoft is now fecal matter.
Lance, I hope this helps.
