The following is the result of heavy research and a lot of digging to provide you with many domain name registrations, acquisitions and simply domains moving for one reason or another that most likely wouldn’t be reported on otherwise. We call it Domain Movers and the articles are stacked with interesting information, so we hope you enjoy it!
Unilever Plc registered the domain name AxeWhiteLabel.com on October 14, 2014 and launched the new dry spray brand AXE White Label in early December. Speaking of dry spray, Unilever acquired the EMD to that term as well! They acquired DrySpray.com on or about December 13, 2014 according to whois records from a Southeastern Turf Grass Supply company who had owned the domain since at least 2001 going back to the last whois history record available.
The only flaw that I could find is the fact that DrySpry.com doesn’t resolve to anything currently and isn’t being used.
Ali.com has been acquired by Authentic Brands Group, LLC from Muhammad Ali Enterprises from CORE Media Group. The domain has since been listed on Afternic for $99,900 under the user name “DNMAgroup” who has over 173,000 domain name listings on Afternic.

The transaction likely took place about February 10, 2015 when the domain transferred from GoDaddy to Network Solutions and domain name servers switched from SmartName to Amazon hosting. The site is now live, which is a pretty cool service. If you buy a tech product on its site, they come directly to your house and help you set up the device and show you how to use it.
The problem? They call themselves “Enjoy” and do not own the EMD, Enjoy.com! You can read more about the brand/service here.
I did speak to the Enjoy.com owner and GoEnjoy is in contact with him… so we will see if they strike a deal or not.

@Jamie, 4.cn is probably not buying domains. They have a innovative feature for some time called DN Share where a domains owner can sell a domain in shares for a limit price. The domains are transferred to 4.cn during the time the DN Share is running.
regarding Unilever and Axe brand, AXE.com was being offer at values close to $300k. i guess Uniliver, like many major brands, don’t like to spend money in a domain name and prefer to spend in show-off HQ buildings.

Great piece here Jamie. I feel bad for L’Oreal for allowing a domain like cooleffect.com to expire. The domain is perhaps one of the most wanted domains and MostWantedDomains.com have gotten a big fish into their portfolio.
