Andrea Paladini says
“Tivo announced they had acquired certain Aereo assets in a March 13, 2015 press release. The press release mentioned trademarks and customer lists but did not mention any domain names.”
The domain was included in the TMs item.
Usually domain names are included in the balance sheet under “Trademarks and tradenames”, they are rarely mentioned separately, unless their carrying value and/or their role in the business is very relevant.
