The extended RightoftheDot.com auction is now live on Snapnames and there is already almost $250,000 in bids.
As you know by now almost $1 million dollars in domains were sold on Tuesday at the Namescon show in Las Vegas.
There are over 300 domain names in the extended auction that will close on February 5th at 3:15 pm EST subject to Snapnames.com normal closing rules.
The extended auction includes the 40 or so domain names that didn’t sell in the live auction along with over 250 new domain names that were not in the live auction.
If you have read reports on the live auction you know there were some bids on some very big domain names like Auctions.com and Street.com which came pretty close to selling.
There are some great new domain names as well which we will highlight in other posts over the next few weeks.
Good luck to all bidder and sellers.

Congrats on the Namecon live auction! Also, on your phenomenal sale of 345.com. The the live auction’s success is validation of RightoftheDot’s reputation as a leader in domain auctions. This on the heels of HA’s auctions is good news for the industry.
