According to a press release out today boosts that “DomainCostClub.com Becomes the First Domain Registrar in the World to Offer At-Cost Pricing
The “ICANN Accredited registrar starts a new club to provide domains at wholesale price to its members, starting from October 2014, Domain Cost Club will accept new members.”
“Domain Cost Club provides its members with domain name registration, renewal and transfers at the same price that it costs to them, this results from 20% to 300% savings on new gtld domain names when compared to other registrars like godaddy, 1and1 etc.
By sharing this opportunity with others, members can also earn commissions in addition to saving on domain registrations.”
“Domain Cost Club is powered by ICANN Accredited registrar Global Domains International, Inc. GDI has been in the domain industry since 1999 as a ccTLD registry operator, and became an ICANN accredited registrar in 2009. Domain Cost Club is the first registrar in the world to introduce at cost pricing to its members starting from October 2014.
This video explains what Domain Cost Club is:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7N1wBVX3uE
People who registered dot com names early on in the 1990s have made a fortune from the sale of those domains. Now a similar scenario has emerged with the launch of new domain extensions. Domain Cost Club provides another opportunity to profit form the Internet. A Domain Cost Club membership can save its members thousands of dollars on new premium domain names. And Yes they do own the domain name DomainCost.Club

Anyone know who is behind this? I like to see a name in the whois.

Hi there,
There is too much information around.
Wondering if there is someone who is a member reading this, please respond and give some info.
Are they any good? How is the support team, are they responsive? Are you sure it is not a scam?
Any comments would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Although they’ve updated their PR from last week, they still haven’t figured out how to do math. 300% savings?
Mufad says
I have registered a premium domain creditcard.website with doman cost club and I paid one fouth of the pemium price I was being quoted for the same domain at another registrar. So 300% is not an exaggeration.
The new gtld premium domains have huge markup, shop around for premium domains and you wil see.
Andrew Allemann says
It’s a multi-level marketing deal.
Mufad, if there are 300% savings, then the domains are free. You can’t have 300% savings; only up to 100%.
Mufad says
Andrew, I see your point. Their video said that other registrars have 300% markup so I took that to mean 300% savings. Thank you for correcting me.

FYI, by clicking the link in your article (http://www.domainscostclub.com/goprw.php, notice the ‘s’ at the end of domain) you become a referral of Mufaddal Pachorawala, the guy who wrote the article at prweb.com
The membership costs $99 per year or $499 for lifetime. The prices for domains are about 15 to 20% less than those at cheap registrars, so to save money with this you have to register dozens of domains, i.e. only domainers can possibly find an interest in this, not “the casual blogger” or “the home business owner” as they would want people to believe (see https://www.domaincostclub.com/affiliates.dhtml).
You can also earn money by referring other people, but then their process looks an awful lot like a pyramid scheme
Mufad says
leo, yes thats me.
Good Summary.
The best part is that its not a piramid scheme becasue the company makes a profit from membership fees as they distribute only a percentage of the membership fees to affiliate and upline.
In a piramid scheme, the company owes its members money. with domain cost club, you earn money only when there is a sale in your downline, the company does not promise to pay its members who do not make/get a downline. But the savings on domain names is guaranteed to all members.
At any point of time they do not owe money, they only share profits from the membership fees, when new members join.
I have been a member of website.ws for almost 10 years now, and I have received checks every month. Global Domains International is a sold company with a strong reputation. They have mastered the art of generating residual income for their members that is why I promote them.
BrianWick says
DomainCost.Club appears to have the same content – yet business is promoted under DomainCostClub.com.
Talking the talk about new tlds but using a dot com to promote it ?
Mufad says
my bad sorry, don’t blame the company for that
My affiliate login workson both sites, so they have put in effort to make both compatible.
kd says
They are far from the first company to do at-cost pricing.
I also agree with Donna. Don’t trust registering domain names to a company that hides behind whois privacy protection. That is as scary as it can get.
Mufad says
kd, can you point to any other company that offers domains cheaper ? Not bundled or promotions, but domains as any as you want and same price renewals. I have reviewed many registrars on my site http://domainregistration.reviews but none can match the prices of domaincost club.
Secondly,
GLOBAL DOMAINS INTERNATIONAL, INC.
is the registrar for domaincostclub.com
The private registration address is their own address. The registrar owns the domain.
I am the affiliate who submitted that press release.
The my affiliate url is
http://domainscost.club/domaincc
I used the .com version in the pr to support mobile phones that have trouble resolving .club domains
If you check the who is for the .club you will find the same registrar GLOBAL DOMAINS INTERNATIONAL, INC. with the address of the CEO, Alan Ezeir, listed as contact (no privacy). You will find the address matches the proxy address for domaincostclub.com, which is the same addres listed inthe footer of the website itself.
Just wanted to clarify, kd
Thanks.
Mufad.
Mufad says
The url I posted above is wrong sorry, Is it possible to edit ?
Corrected my affiliate url is
http://domaincost.club/domaincc
(without the s between domain and cost)
BrianWick says
Please resurrect Robert Cline – so he can share his experiences and enormous windfall profits with another non.com (DOT CO) and if buying domains “AT COST” would have made any difference.
Ramahn says
I joined the godaddy dot com discount club a while back for $65. Cheap(er) regs and renewals than most. Plus free auction listings and BIN pricing (to sell your domains). Can Domaincostclub beat that?
Mufad says
Yes.
Check the prices, dcc is cheaper 🙂
DCC has just launched, they may offer auctions later I am not sure but that seems the next logical step for them.
And you get an income opportunity with DCC by referring others you can generate residual income.
I already made a nice 4 figure income from DCC in my first week,
Godaddy cannot beat that !
Mufad says
For example,
1 year .com with godaddy discount club = $8.19 sale with $8.9 renewal
with dcc its $7.85 for registration and renewal
For the gtlds, the discounts are much greater
Check it out youself here is the pricing page
