As I commented somewhere else early this year, the problem with the new extensions is that they have very little Exchange Value. I don’t deny their Use Value. They can be used as great websites depending on the contents. I don’t deny that some people buy fresh canned/bottled air. But!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Generally, most of the air has very little Exchange Value. Another example may be CC which is one of the oldest extensions that was created for global use before the year 2000. We all know what the market value of .CC domains is at the current secondary market. Then somebody should explain why XYZ is different from CC.
