Speaking of Lana Del Rey she was nominated for several Grammy Awards including “Best Pop Vocal Album” and Best Song Written For Visual Media” which basically means best song from the soundtrack of a movie.
Lana is also one of the favorites to receive a Oscar Nomination for best song for Young & Beautiful from the sound track of The Great Gatsby.

Just saw her show at red rocks, Colorado amphitheater on Monday..
unbelievable setting and an unbelievable voice – and her new stuff shows how creative she is – as I think it caters to a slightly different audience – namely me. I equate it to U2 continually redefining themselves.
First concert for my 8.5 year daughter – ear to ear smiles
