I would love to know of what exact basis they are claiming rights that exceed those of the Respondent to their UDRP ?. The fact is a Company Name (in UK) gives them no rights to the name. I have just found some SPECIFIC info that will greatly assist the Respondent (as if they need anymore help !). Anyone know them please let me know socan give them the info. Thanks (I am in UK)

I just used their contact form at http://www.dynamis.co.uk/contact to post:
“What is the basis of your UDRP complaint against BusinessForSale.com? People are considering listing your company at HallofShame.com. I hope you know that the UDRP panel can brand you a ‘reverse domain name hijacker.’
Please post your response at http://www.thedomains.com/2013/12/08/owner-of-businessesforsale-com-files-udrp-on-businessforsale-com-purchased-for-150k-in-2011-from-marchex

Riccardo Soff says
This is a domain I sold. If you have something useful to share I will get it to the current owner.
Grim says
Is anything surprising anymore, when it comes to UDRPs?
johnuk says
I have just informed the Respondents that infact in 2011/12 the Complainant was twice refused a Trade Mark application for the name “BusinessForSale” .That shows clearly they were trying to trade mark a generic term and the IPO thus refused.
John Berryhill says
@johnuk – we were well aware of that.
Please wait for the decision.
Thank you.
