There appears to be a new parking company in town and they are spamming the hell out of me.
The emails started coming in a late yesterday and I’m already up to over 30 and counting.
As I own around 75,000 domains I could have a really long way to go.
The pitch for the parking company named AceAds.com is pretty creative, at least one I have never heard before
Basically park your domain for a year with them and they will pay your renewal fee.
“‘Domain Registrars often place ads on your new domain that earn them (not you) money. That is why if you do not have your undeveloped domains parked with a separate parking system, your domain registrar is earning revenue off your new asset. ”
“Why give your registrar money by parking your domains with them? ”
“When you park with AceAds, you are locked in to receive the majority of the revenues that your parked domains generate. ”
“Plus, after you have parked the domain with us for a year, we reimburse you for future domain renewal fees. ”
“Even if you have a portfolio of over a hundred to several thousand unused domains, parking with our system is easy.”
If you take the ad literally if you park your domain for a year you would get your “future renewal fees paid” meaning not just one year but all future years.
According to a post on DnForum, The purported owner of AceAds says he formed ACEENTERPRISES.com/ AELLC.com (ACE Enterprises LLC) last summer (2011) and along with an incredible team, put together and have set out to better what I have found over 5+ years as flaws and inadequacies in certain areas of the business- I look @ the domain world as “Virtual” realestate*****”
“We here @ ACE Enterprises LLC own thousands of domains and were quite frankly tired of the cash parking that exists out there- basically parking thousands of domains @ a time & earning mere dollars per month on the thousands made by the Hosting companies, ACEADS.com is in Beta phase- we WILL split fess and we WILL reimburse yearly renewal fees for domains parked with us for 12+ months- fair and equitable for both parties involved wouldn’t you say?”
Well I would say this:
If you want to become a major player in the parking space don’t register your domain under privacy with a Panama address with a offshore registrar.
People generally like to know the company and the people behind the company hey are dealing with especially when that company is suppose to pay you for your earnings and even more so here were they are “guarantees” involved which take a year to achieve.
Don’t spam the hell out of domain owners telling them to change their servers to yours and start parking. Get a message out through the forum’s., the blogs, attend a trade show meet people, shake hands. If the company launched in 2011 all I can is I never heard of them, nor did any of the domainers I reached out to yesterday.
Get some Beta testers and Talk about results. If the parking company was launched in 2o11 how has it performed against other companies. If should have had Beta testers, domainer who tried their parking services and would compare results. Sure a huge number of domainers will jump on the result and tell you why they don’t believe them, but you got to do it anyway.
Don’t get to cute with your servers. In this case the site’s servers are:

Back to my point above, we are talking about people income, their revenue stream, the money they use to pay the bills of their business and in some cases support their families. Personally I don’t want to guess who these people are, where they live and how I enforce my rights if I don’t get paid.
Unless your a company as large and well known as National A-1 Guess Who doesn’t work.

Oh brother. This stuff isn’t nearly as easy as some clowns think, and parking is not exactly the direction I would take with a new company. As for the spam thing, that’s just a load of crap, to be as classy as possible about it. 😉
I have been receiving these emails from yesterday. Just now I asked them to stop sending any more emails. They are spamming and I will never join their company.

We have been spammed by nearly every new parking company.
There is a serious lack of professionalism (and ethics) in this industry.
For the nameservers, did they intend the domain to be WhoReally.com, or WhoreAlly.com? 🙂
Add this one to the list of domains that includes WhoRepresents.com (WhorePresents.com), ExpertsExchange.com (ExpertSexChange.com) and PenIsland.net (PenisLand.net)….
Many of the emails I’m getting from have ‘Park GoDaddy.com LLC’ in the subject line instead of the actual domain names which means they are firing these out without even looking at them or they are automated. Also, none of the emails have an opt out and they are coming from parking@domainpurchase.co

Your issue seems to be with a different company and a different guy.

you have to see into the servers. Look into the domains hosted. After, you could see it s always the same 4 domains involved. At the end, iadnshost.com is all hosting them.
A lot of hosting company don’t owned their servers. They are pretty much resellers,,,so, you need to climb the tree.
Aceads.com also has a registered trademark, wonder if their attorney on records also handles spam complaints?
