Since publishing thedomains.com for what will soon be our 6th anniversary we have published posts about some very strange old domain names as they drop.
Add Purchasepurchasepurchasepurchasepurchasepurchasepurchase.com to that list of domains.
Originally registered in 2000, someone has been paying the renewal fees on this one for 13 years.
Its the word purchase repeated 7 times.
If your wondering, the .com with the word purchase repeated 6 times is available for registration as is the .com domain with purchase repeated 8 times
PurchasePurchase.com is for sale with HugeDomains.com.
If you like domains with words that repeat these domains, also 13 years old, will also be dropping in the days ahead:
webhostingwebhostingwebhostingwebhosting.com
webhostingwebhostingwebhostingwebhostingwebhosting.com
webwebwebwebwebwebwebweb.com
webwebwebwebwebwebwebwebweb.com
webwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebweb.com
webwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebweb.com
webwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebwebweb.com
Jordyn Buchanan says
purchase repeated 8 times is actually too long to be a valid domain name (that would be 64 characters and individual labels are limited to 63 characters).

crapcrapcrapcrap!
RaTHeaD says
@jordyn… ah… that’s probably why they can afford to sell it so cheap. must be some kind of profit deal.
