Donuts Inc., the largest applicant for ICANN’s new gTLD program announced that Jeff deCillia has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.
deCillia, who brings more than 20 years of financial leadership and public markets experience, will be based in the company’s Bellevue, Wash. office and will report directly to Donuts CEO and co-founder Paul Stahura.
Kevin Wilson, the company’s founding CFO and a longtime domain name industry executive, was heavily involved in the selection of deCillia and will remain with Donuts as Vice President of Finance.
“Jeff’s talent and experience with high-growth technology companies fits perfectly with our significant financial position and our board’s optimism about Donuts’ long-term performance. Our prospects are growing, and the resources needed to manage them are expanding accordingly,” Stahura said. “Jeff will build on the outstanding work Kevin has done and continues to do as a core part of our senior team.”
deCillia most recently served as CFO of Inrix, Inc., a global traffic intelligence platform, where he negotiated more than $60 million in equity and debt financing, was a key player in the acquisition and integration of INRIX’s largest competitor, and both structured and managed significant international operations.
His previous experience includes CFO roles with PivotLink Corp., Captaris (NASDAQ: CAPA, later acquired by OpenText) and Cartia (acquired by Amazon).
