I just noticed two pretty unusual UDRP for the domain names HarryHenien.com and Youssryhenien.com
I did a quick Google search and found that a there is a Harry Henien out of the UAE that represents himself to be some sort of financial guru:
“Internationally educated and experienced in the global financial market, Harry Henien leverages his expertise on behalf of financial services firm in Wealth Management. As director of the firm, he oversees the management of numerous international portfolios for high net worth clients. Harry Henien continuously works to ensure that work is done professionally.”
Certainly neither Mr. Henien’s are household names, they aren’t a celebrity or a “famous person as can be seen by a lack of a Wikipedia.org page, and in light of the recent loses of some quite famous people for their matching domain names I found it strange that civilians would file a UDRP for this matching .Com, that is until I looked at what was on the domain names which includes a less than flattering pictures:
WARNING
YOU MUST READ THIS IF YOU ARE DOING BANKING OR CONSIDERING DOING BANKING OR ANY FORM OF BUSINESS WITH HARRY HENIEN IN DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, EUROPE OR THE US.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE!

The person who registered the domain is definitely from the Rick Schwartz school of how to get back at someone who you think did you wrong.
Another reason why everyone should own their matching domain name, be they famous or not.
As for these domain name they both seem to be registered on the same day in February 2012
I would expect Mr. Henien will come up dry on his UDRP bid which is only going to serve to create more publicity for Mr. Henien and unlike the famous expression I’m not sure in this case all publicity is good.

I’m surprised you side with the domain holder on this one, @ MHB! John Berryhill just got finished explaining where parties show a commercial interest in their names: famous author vs politician, for example, they have an implied entitlement!
