(iRing concept from 2007 by Yanko Design.)
According to Appleinsider.com, Apply is considering a product called the iRing.
“The iRing will act as a “navigation pointer” for the television, and will allow the TV set to enhance motion detection and replace some of the functionality found in a remote.”
According to the report “Apple’s rumored smart watch accessory tying in to the “iTV” ecosystem and complementing the “iRing.” Together, he believes an “iWatch” and an Apple ring would supplant the need to carry a smartphone around the house.”
On the domain name front Marchex Sales owns the domain name iRing.com which could mean a big payday for the company.
Marchex has owned the domain name at least since 2008 according to DomainTools.com.

Hello MHB,
Although I prefer my Android Galaxy S to the clunky Iphone, it indeed is a good thing for Marchex.
