ICANN just announced that the Big Reveal date for the new gTLD program, will be held on June 13th.
ICANN went on to say that the TAS, the system by which one makes an application for a new gTLD domain extension, is scheduled to close tomorrow, May 30th, at 23:59 GMT/UTC .
ICANN also said in a newly issued timeline that the Batching process will begin before the ICANN conference in Prague and close during the Prague conference
In a previous update ICANN said there were a total of 2,305 application received, and 2,091 were paid for however tonight ICANN said that there were 500 application that were incomplete or were not paid for.
“ICANN has established the following target dates for the New Generic Top-level Domain program. More information on plans for the announcement of applied-for domain names will be provided soon.”
