I love it when people bid up to $18,100 without checking the existing trademarks first 😀

Hi Mike,
I have a question: How do I check if the domain name I am interested has trademark or not? I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!

I hope to find (someday) what is the “secret” to sell long domain names at high prices, so, I’ll (finally) be able to sell the domains I own… 😐

GoVideo is a very nice one for a youtube type site.
I wonder if world news snapped up wnews ?
They have some great domains in their huge network like dubai.com, abudhabi.com, students.com, oil.com, pertrol.com, gas.com, solarpower.com, sailboats.com, cartoons.com…and many more.

That company is probably out of business and the trademarks therefore may be meaningless

Just because govideo went out business does not mean the TM is gone.
If a firm bought it in bankruptcy and are using it somewhere means it still exist.
However, that might not be the case since they did not update the TM ownership.
I wouldn’t start a company using the domain until I knew if anyone bought the intangible asset.
Most of us know this. I’m just mentioning it for the investors just entering the domain biz.
