The Domainingtips.com auction on SnapNames.com closes on Tuesday at 3:15pm EST.
The auction already has over $45,000 in bids so it looks like this might be the most successful of the highlighted SnapNames auctions in quite a while.
Here are the domains currently with bids (reserves have been met)
necklace.net $9,645
dullard.com $7,550
armchair.net $7,240
apartamentos.mx $4,940
management.mx $4,940
tuning.mx $4,940
casserole.net $3,595
petferrets.com $1,680
personalorganisers.com $980
There are quite a few “product” type domains in the auction many with reserves of $500-$999 and some nice .mx domains (some of which already have bids)
Here is what we think are the best domains that are up for auction, currently without a bid:

Hi guys and first of all, thanks a lot for sharing your picks Mike. I went with ridiculously low reserves in order to encourage bidding wars, armchair.net and necklace.net are two of the first examples I can think of.
Both have been auctioned at the most recent TRAFFIC show, armchair.net at Rick Latona’s auction with a starting bid of $45,000 and necklace.net at Moniker’s auction with a starting bid of $50,000+. As you can see, the reserves have been reduced drastically, practically as close as it gets to a no reserve auction. The reserves have been met for both domains: necklace.net (a domain which describes an expensive product with 368,000 exact match US searches last month) at $9,645 and armchair.net (once again, an expensive product and lots of exact match monthly searches) at $7,240.
The domains practically sell themselves, so I’ll let them do all of the talking. As far as I’m concerned, I took a big risk by going with extremely low reserves but c’est la vie: the domains are on the table and if I’ll end up practically giving them away, I’ll have to accept the situation with professionalism. But you WON’T be invited to my birthday party! 🙂

Wish you the best of luck with the auction.

One of the best things about reading TheDomains.com is seeing MHB’s picks in the various auctions. It’s a free education into how a top investor thinks about the market.
Another great thing, is that looking at these lists can be a source of ideas on what to register that might not already be – like SlingbackHeels.com
Thanks MHB, and best of luck with the auction, Andrei/DomainingTips.com.
I can’t believe there are no bids (yet) on ComputerChair.com!

Does anyone know how much SA.com sold for as it was DROPPING?

Please change my domain. Thanks, Mike Lee

I’ll be happy to see those .mx going at those prices since I’ve invested into a couple dozen or so of similar quality from the landrush.
Congrats Andrei, and good job in promoting the auction as I know you spent some money on running ads. It helps us all, so thank you.
