We wrote a post back in October, citing this free cool tool we found, DNFAME.com, which uses a lot of data to determine how “famous” a particular site or domain is.
Since then, the site was purchase, and now totally reconfigured and relaunched.
According to the designer DNFAME.com is “the most comprehensive aggregator of site and domain data”.
“With 64 metrics, we feel we are quite close but will continue to work and improve.”
“” I’m proud to offer it up for comment, requests, questions and more. Hopefully some marketers and developers can realize some of the value I have so far.””
The tools does wind up giving you Alexa, Compete, QuantCast traffic rankings, Google Page Rank, Backlinks for each of the major search engines, number of “social bookmarks” for the domain, and the number of indexed pages for the site for each major search engine.
It also gives each site its “Famous Rank”, which like a Google Page Rank is a number out of 10, how famous the site or domain is.
Finally you can see the domains info, including IP address, whois info including expiration date, & registrar.
To see any example of what you get here is a screen shot for thedomains.com:

Similar to DNZoom’s domain details, but more variables for sure.
