I just got this message from the .me folks:
“””Thank you for your interest in .ME domains. You recently received multiple emails for the .ME domains you are bidding on, each displaying a separate Shopper ID.
Please disregard those messages. We’ve come up with a new solution for creating just one Shopper ID for ALL your .ME auctions – giving you the opportunity to work with your various auctions from one convenient starting point. If you have already created one or more accounts, you may disregard those and use only the account you create with the shopper ID below.”””
So basically the 2 hours I spend the other day answering 50 different e-mail now is officially a waste of time.
Thanks.me

in my opinion, .me, .web, .tel .asia and .whatever is a waste of time. I have not touch even 1 of those.

Same for .me
Doesn’t have any interest to .me
What’s in it for .me?
If they are already screwing up the roll out, the auctions for multiple registrations should be lots of fun.
This roll out and adoption of .me will be watch closely by anyone considering a roll out of a “vanity” tld that ICANN has recently approved.
I see no reason why .me won’t be thrown on the trash heap with .name, .cc, .travel, .biz, .ws and more.
Maybe it will get some traction because GoDaddy is promoting it but in the end it is still just another .crap
As I said when .mobi came out, unless people actually develop on a new extension, there won’t be any long term value, just speculators selling to each other until there are no more speculators left.
I don’t expect .me to have many speculators and I don’t expect many people to develop on it therefore it is DOA.

I think there are some .me names that are worth having just like there are some .tv names.
Domains that make sense always have a value.
for example tell.me is worth having.
