The domain name ramp.com is for sale on ebay.
According to the listing the domain is “being sold pursuant to court order”
Payment terms do NOT include escrow.com so you will have to pay for it before receiving it.
As always with ebay.com do your homework and be careful

Michael, what do you think this name will bring?

I have doubts this auction is even real. Probably a good idea for anyone bidding on this to request confirmation of the “court order” from the seller.

Yeah you have to do your homework prior to buying it.
Do a search on the search engines like yahoo / google / altavista and see what info comes up and then decide.

I think the price will be depressed because ome of the concerns raised here.
The Seller really cost themselves money,by not allowing the transaction to be handled by escrow.com, at the cost of the buyer.

I am the person responsible for listing this Domain on eBay. It is being sold as part of the bankruptcy liquidation of Ramp Corporation (U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York; case 05-140006). There is an escrow arrangement available. The debtor’s law firm, Snow Becker Krauss in New York (www.sbklaw.com) will be acting as escrow agent for the transaction. The payment is to be sent to SBK to hold in escrow until a bill of sale is executed and the domain transferred.
