After our post yesterday on pricing your domains for auction, we received a lot of feedback and most was regarding the lack of knowledge of when and where major domain auctions going to be held.
So here is the Domain Auction Schedule for 2008:
1. DomainTools.com Auction. The second auction by domaintools.com will be held on January 3, 2008 at 11am PST.
This auction will NOT be in connection with any show but will be an online live bidding auction.
They have no announced the bidding process yet or how to get qualified for the bidding. At the last auction that involved registering at domaintools.com and placing a credit card on file. No fee was required to bid or watch the auction.

We will keep you up dated
2. Internext Show held by Moniker.com (This is an industry show for the adult internet business showcasing adult domains.

If you would like to bid on any of the names at the live auction and cannot attend you will have to do so with a proxy bid or a phone bid. Both of these will have to be prearranged by contacting Moniker.com. The list of domains for the live auction has NOT been released.
Beginning on January 16, 2008 Moniker.com will start a silent auction which will be available for remote bidding. The fees and ending date have not been released yet. The registration fee for the silent auction is refundable so if you buy anything the fee you paid is applied against your purchase.

Cut off dates for submission has now past for Internext (adult) snapname auction and TRAFFIC Vegas. Although I still think they will look at very good one word .com;s.
Domaintools.com seems to be still open but you better hurry.
