1st Day New gTLD Totals: .Family; .Feedback

Earlier today we wrote about .Car, .Cars and .Auto which ended its first day of general availability with around 650 domain registrations.

Two other new gTLD’s launched yesterday Rightside (NAME) .Family and Jay Westerdal’s .Feedback.

.Family domain names ended the day with 3,745 domain name registrations.

.Feedback currently has 438 domain registrations.

A .Family registration cost seems to be around $25 a year while .Feedback is $30 for a non-premium registration.

A .Car, .Cars and .Auto registration is retail priced around $2,500 per domain, per year with no premium priced domains.
