Oversee Founder & Former CEO Lawrence Ng Links Up With Metamorphic Ventures

October 6, 2015 by Michael Berkens

According to SocalTech.com, Lawrence Ng, the founder and former CEO of Oversee.net, which of course at one time owned DomainSponsor.com, Moniker.com and SnapNames.com along with around a reported one million domain names, is now running an asset management company called LNG Management and has linked up with New York City based venture capital firm Metamorphic Ventures.

“According to LNG Management, Ng has become an advisory board member for Metamorphic Ventures. LNG said that Ng is incubating a number of startups and selectively invests in early stage startups and funds. It’s unclear how much the relationship will result in investments by Metamorphic Ventures in Los Angeles area startups. ”

“Ng founded Oversee.net at the age of 21, and led the company as CEO until 2008; he cashed out of the company after a $150M investment by Oak Hill in 2008, according to LNG. ”
